Retains blockier, muscular styling of concept with hex‑arch cladding, tri‑slash DRLs, C‑pillar mounted door handles, front-fender charging port .
🌍 Production & Collaborations
Built at Gujarat plant; about 50 % for exports to Europe & Japan, plus rebadged Toyota version (Toyota Urban Cruiser) .
Toyota joins as launch partner; started producing Toyota variant from spring 2025 .
⚠️ Current Challenges
Production cut: Q2 2025 production forecast slashed from ~26,500 to ~8,200 units due to rare‑earth component shortage (magnets) .
Maruti aims to meet full-year EV target (67,000 units) via stronger output later in FY26 .
